We’re hearing about formulary changes, especially among anticoagulant (blood thinner) and antiarrhythmic (rhythm control) drugs. Medications that have been covered for years are being dropped from some formularies. Your plan will no longer cover those medications, and you’ll have to cover 100% of the cost yourself (or change medications).
